Scope and content: Physical examination records (one card per child) of students in Hodgeman County school districts. Organized numerically by district number, each card identifies a student in terms of: name of school, district number; student's name; age; height; weight; gender; race; date of birth; birthplace; a parent's name; parent's occupation; age student commenced school and their current grade; family's medical history (parents and siblings living or cause of death, if dead); and an evaluation of the student's physical health (vision, dental, "mental-nervous defect," and a record of vaccinations). The bulk of the materials are for 1934 evaluations; one slim folder exists for 1936 evaluations.
