Scope and content: Volumes documenting the amount of money awarded to Miami County school districts from state school funds. The funding is based on multiplying the number of pupils for a given district by the assigned amount per capita. The entries list the school district number, number of students, amount per capita, receipt of treasurer, and date the funds were received. The volumes are organized by date are collectively dated as February 28, 1888 to September 9, 1929. Apportionment records for 1877-1887 are contained in the Superintendent's Record, 1877-1897, at series 190861. Records for 1894-1929 are combined with the register of school district officers.
