Scope and content: Microfilmed journals documenting the meetings and daily activities of the Miami County Commissioners. The journals contain hearings where primary topics discussed include the construction of new roads, orders appointing county officers, and orders allowing people to redeem land inclusive on the payment of delinquent taxes. The journals also include lists of county warrants, stating the warrant number, date of issuance, and amount pursuant the Commissioner's efforts to compare, cancel, and or destroy such warrants. Some warrants only list the warrant number while others state the name to which payment is owed. The journals are organized by volume letter and date.
