This series contains correspondence of Secretary of State Elwill Shanahan, hearing transcripts, news clippings, and other records concerning the Glenn Cunningham Youth Ranch's application to solicit funds in more than one county pursuant to K.S.A. 17-1707. The records document the rejection of the application with stated reasons concerning issues regarding the ranch's facilities.
