Scope and Content
Scope and content: Ink drawings, some hand-colored, by artist Daisy Stilwell in the 1960s while she lived in New York undergoing psychoanalysis with a Jungian follower. Variety of imagery involved, including many images of nature, women and/or young girls, fantastical or mythical creatures, religious figures, devils, and men in powerful positions. A few drawings have notes or explanations, but the majority stand alone. Also included are colored slides of more of Stillwell's work.
