Materials related to C.F. Menninger's interests, personally and to some extent professionally. Main topics include geology and minerology, conchology (the study of shells), neurology, and horticulture. Much of the material focuses on horticulture: generally; involving clubs or associations; specific plants and gardens; and in other ways. Of note is information related to the Oakwood peony farm owned and operated by C.F., and information about the early start and growth of the Reinisch Memorial Rose Garden located in Gage Park, Topeka, Kansas.
