Scope and content: An affidavit forwarded on February 13, 1869, from Will H. Lamb notifies Kansas Governor Harvey that he has filed and sent to Senator J. H. Prescott a remonstrance against detaching Dickinson County from Saline for judicial purposes. In Lamb?s letter, he asks Senator Prescott to veto the bill.
