Scope and content: Selected records of the surveyor general in Kansas. Included are surveys of Kansas' boundaries; meridians, parallels, & survey (numbered) townships; and Indian reservations. The microfilm also contains lists of surveyors, descriptions of Indian land allotments, copies of diagrams accompanying instructions, and valuation lists for Indian lands.
