This description does not cover all the documents in this file, only just a few. A requisition request on September 5, 1878, from E. Hutchinson, Attorney, on the Governor of Nebraska, for the arrest of Mary J. Smith. A letter on April 23, 1878, from A. L. L. Hamilton, County Attorney, requests Governor Anthony offers a reward for the arrest of the murderer, who killed a resident of Greenwood County. A requisition request on October 7, 1878, from E. C. Weiless, on the Governor of Colorado for the apprehension of Henry King and William Malstead.
