"The Buffalo People of Kansas: Western Expansion, Prairies, and Buffalo"
This program will be presented by Gordon Yellowman of the Cheyenne & Arapahoe Nations. The 2025 Kaw Mission Councils is a series of lectures and events focused on the rich history of westward expansion and how it affected Anglo, Hispanic, and Native Peoples. All programs, unless indicated, will be held at The Dealership Building, 318 West Main Street, Council Grove. There is a $3 suggested donation.
