Come join us for Park Day to clean up Mine Creek Battlefield State Historic Site! Park Day is
the American Battlefield Trust’s annual clean-up event to prepare the site for tourist season. Each year, thousands of volunteers across the country come together to help restore and maintain sites, in an attempt to keep our nation's heritage preserved and pristine. All are welcome to assist with various park projects at Mine Creek Civil War Battlefield State Historic Site. Supplies will be provided. American Battlefield Trust is dedicated to preserving America’s hallowed battlegrounds and educating the public about what happened there and why it matters today. The nonprofit, nonpartisan organization has protected more than 60,000 acres associated with the Revolutionary War, War of 1812 and Civil War across 160 sites in 25 states.
