Topeka - Kansas Day at the Capitol
Come celebrate Kansas Day at the Kansas State Capitol! The program will focus on Kansas' struggle to become a free state. Speakers include Patrick Zollner, executive director of the Kansas Historical Society, filmmaker Kevin Willmott, Representative Sharice Davids, and Governor Laura Kelly. Maria the Mexican will be performing. The event will take place on the first-floor rotunda. Guests can enjoy a Kansas Day cake generously donated by Dillons.
