Topeka - See Kansas Special Exhibit - Kansas Historical Society

Across from the research room in the CHR gallery is a special exhibit developed by the Kansas Museum of History in partnership with Parks & Green Spaces. This display features posters from the See Kansas art project, a collaborative effort to present iconic Kansas landscapes in the beloved style of the 1930s and 1940s National Parks posters produced by the Works Progress Administration (WPA). The special exhibit will introduce three new posters recently added to the collection and explore the historical significance of these natural landmarks and outdoor spaces through artifacts, interpretation, and interactive displays.
