Patti Ann Rooney Hayden
Patti Ann Rooney married Mike Hayden on August 26, 1968. They had two daughters, Chelsi Kay and Anne Kelley Hayden. She earned a degree in education.
When he was elected the 41st governor of Kansas, she became First Lady, serving from 1987 to 1991. In that capacity visited classes around the state and encouraged students to read.
