Physical Description: Hairbrush. White bristles, possibly celluloid, in celluloid base. Silver-plated German silver back and handle. Art Nouveau design. Top of back has long flowing hair which extends into curving floral and stem decoration which entwines handle. Symmetrical scallops on edges.
