The Santa Fe Trail
This Nearpod.com lesson can be teacher led or self-paced for students. It begins by placing the Santa Fe Trail into historical context. Using primary sources, students learn about the Santa Fe Trail, who used it, and why. Interactive quizzes and open-ended questions allow the students to analyze the material to determine the role the Santa Fe Trail played in the development of the United States.
