Annie MacGreevy Kuether was born in Missouri. She attended Bowling Green State University in Ohio. She is an attorney in private practice. She has served as representative of the 55th district in the Kansas House since 1997.

She has served on the boards of the Kansas Film Commission and Friends of Cedar Crest. She served as president of the Women’s Legislative Network of the National Children’s Service League and on the executive committee of the Jayhawk Area Boy Scouts.

She is interested in reading, music, traveling, and gardening. She raises Border Collies.

Representative Kuether was first elected to the Kansas Historical Foundation Board of Directors in 2003. She was also elected to the executive committee in 2003.
