Recently Completed Tax Credit Projects
Below are lists of civic, commercial, and multi-family housing projects that have completed historic rehabilitations and been issued Kansas State Historic Tax Credits for their work. This list goes back to projects completed or placed into service after 1/1/2022.
The property owners/contacts listed may be interested in selling or transferring the historic tax credits issued. This list is NOT cross referenced to remove projects or partial credits that may have already been transferred or used by the property owner. If you are interested in purchasing state historic tax credits from these projects, please reach out to property owner to see if they have available credits.
Due to our project tracking systems, the lists are in two separate databases.
The Completed State-only Tax Credit Projects link below shows projects that applied for and received only state historic tax credits. These projects may be owned by non-profit organizations, government entities, businesses, etc. Single family residences are not included on this list.
Completed State-only Tax Credit Projects
The Completed KS Credits for Federal Tax Credit Projects list below shows projects that met the requirements and are approved federal historic tax credit projects that also received state historic tax credits for the same rehabilitation work. Any single family residences noted on this list are rental housing. Owner-occupied single family residences are not eligible for the federal historic tax credit program.
