Traveling Trunk Request Form

Use this form to submit a request for a Traveling Resource Trunk. Your request will be complete when you receive an e-mail or written confirmation.

Trunks can be reserved for up to a four-week period. Reservations begin and end on Wednesdays. Trunks are shipped out on Wednesday, or borrowers can make arrangements to pick them up at the Kansas Historical Society in Topeka at their convenience.
